About the Artwork:
Rainbow LOVE by Laura Kimpton is a large-scale illuminated sculpture installed in the courtyard of the Grand Hyatt San Francisco near Union Square. Composed of steel letters embedded with programmable LED lights, the work presents the word “LOVE” in rainbow colors and references San Francisco’s long association with LGBTQ+ rights and equality.
