Mistral is a 13-foot-8-inch bronze sculpture by Elbert Weinberg installed at street level at 4 Embarcadero Center in San Francisco. Placed in the early 1980s, the abstract work references the powerful cold winds of the Mediterranean and is located near the intersection of Sacramento and Drumm Streets.
